This is a very general description of certain features of the WealthSecure products.

WealthSecure is issued by S.USA Life Insurance Company, Inc. (S.USA), headquartered in Roanoke, VA.  S.USA Policy Form #’s ICC22FIAPUECS22, ICC22FIAPUECS22-SP and Rider Form #’s ICC22GLWRUECS22, ICC22GLWRUECS22-Enhanced, ICC19MVARUECS19, ICC19WWCRUECS19 and ICC16ROPRUECS16.. Not licensed in all states. Features may vary by state. S.USA is responsible for its own financial and contractual obligations.

The Product is not sold, sponsored, endorsed or promoted by FPS or any other party involved in, or related to, making or compiling the Indeces. S.USA exercises sole discretion in determining whether and how the Product will be linked to the value of the Indices. FPS does not provide investment advice to owners of the Product, nor to any other person or entity with respect to the Fidelity Indices and in no event shall any Product contract owner be deemed to be a client of FPS.

Neither FPS nor any other party involved in, or related to, making or compiling the Fidelity Indeces has any obligation to continue to provide either of the Indices to S.USA with respect to the Product.
